Coaching: As an experienced Life Coach since 2014, I offer EMDR Coaching to help remove limiting blocks that have prevented you from standing in your own power to live the life you want. While I offer trauma-informed coaching, please be advised that coaching is not a replacement for actual clinical counseling or therapy. When appropriate, I will require that some clients are working with their own therapist for trauma work as we work together in achieving your life's goals. I want you to be successful, and I also want you to have a wonderful experience in your coaching journey. Since being in private practice as a therapist since 2012, my clinical experience has been in serving people from all over the world and several cultural backgrounds. I completed my clinical pre-licensure requirements in both, hospital and agency settings. While I currently only work with adults online, my clients have ranged from ages 2-82. Consultation for EMDR-trained Therapists: Offering monthly group and individual consultation. As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training, one of my passions is helping newly trained and certification-seeking EMDR providers grow their skills. In doing-so, you will gain confidence in your ability to effectively and safely apply the standard procedures of EMDR with fidelity. You will also learn when it's necessary to modify the standard procedures in order to maintain client safety.
